Andy’s SaltSep Journey
Joining in July 2025 as our Head of Sales, Andy has spent more than 17 years in the offshore energy industry. His career has taken him from subsea solutions to topside assets, with roles at companies including Trelleborg Offshore and CRP Subsea. Along the way, he’s worked across the globe, including three years in Houston, where he ran a satellite office. More recently, he held senior positions such as Division Sales Director for Nylacast Engineered Products.
Andy’s academic journey is just as impressive. Starting as a Level 3 apprentice, he worked his way up, gaining an HNC in Manufacturing before achieving a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Integrated Technologies from Liverpool John Moores University.
What Andy Enjoys about Working at SaltSep
“SaltSep is fast-paced and I love working with capital equipment – I’m an engineer at heart. Every day has been completely different so far, which keeps things exciting. Plus the people here are fantastic.”
