Ash’s Salt Sep journey
Say hi to Ashley (or Ash, as she’s known to the team), one of our amazing Aftersales Associates! Ash joined Salt Separation Services in April 2024, bringing a unique background that makes her a real asset to the team. Before starting here, she earned her Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care at college and then worked in debt collecting for a car finance company. Stepping into the world of engineering was a big change, but Ash has dived right in, picking up lots of new skills and knowledge along the way. One of her favourite highlights so far? Getting the chance to assist on an exciting upcoming project!
What Ash likes about working at Salt Sep
For Ash, no day is ever the same – and that’s just how she likes it! The variety in her role keeps things interesting, and she loves the friendly, supportive atmosphere of the office. Being surrounded by a great team and learning something new every day makes coming to work much more enjoyable.
What a typical day is like for Ash
Ash’s days are always busy and full of variety. You’ll often find her working on quotes for customers, chatting with suppliers, creating test certificates, arranging order collections or preparing important shipping documents. She’s always on the go, but her enthusiasm and energy shine through in everything she does.
What Ash does in her free time
When she’s not at work, Ash is a devoted single mum to her four-year-old daughter. Her little one keeps her on her toes, and most of her free time is spent making special memories together.
