As the UK is now in a national lockdown and the coronavirus situation still developing, the country has entered a third lockdown to try and contain the spread of the virus. We are continuing to monitor and follow strict government guidelines.

Salt Separation Services is classed as an essential business, providing equipment, spares and technical support to critical functions such as defence, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and food industries. With this in mind we will be staying open, with our normal working hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 and on Fridays 08:00-13:00.

We have provided all of our staff with the appropriate PPE, and put screens around workstations whilst maintaining social distancing where possible. To minimise staff in our main office we have set up another office and distributed the office staff across both locations. We still have in force staggered lunch times and restricted personnel access into certain work locations.
All of our staff wear face coverings when they are away from their desk and hand sanitizer is available at every door, where there is also the QR for the trace and trace app. All non-essential meetings have been cancelled and now take place via video-conferencing tools.

All visitors to our site have been stopped (unless deemed absolutely necessary). Then they must fill in our COVID-19 questionnaire, use hand sanitizer, wear a face covering and abide by the social distancing rules in place.

We are still conducting site visits for essential servicing requirements.

We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.
