We have designed, manufactured, tested and installed Reverse Osmosis plants from 1.2m³/d up to 175m³/d on a wide variety of naval vessels over the years, meeting the fresh water demands of operational vessels on deployment across the world.
At Salt Separation Services, we do more than just new plants. We can also upgrade and refurbish existing equipment, ours or third party manufacturers, and provide spares and servicing support.

We are able to produce prototype equipment to undergo comprehensive environmental testing, often associated with military applications.
Our equipment can even be manufactured with low magnetic signature and reduced noise and vibration.
All of our equipment is fully factory tested to the client’s specification before it leaves our premises. In most instances, witnessed by client and end user. This thorough testing de-risks commissioning activities.
Through life support, we have you covered
Since 2008, Salt Separation Services have supported the UK MoD with a long-term Through Life Support Contract, maintaining their water treatment equipment fleet wide.
We are able to offer tailor made support contracts to meet the requirements of naval forces in different countries.
