Health & Safety
Health & Safety is a core value at Salt Separation Services. We maintain a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, engagement and continuous improvement, while supporting fair employment practices and promoting workforce diversity across all areas of our operations.
To support this, we use a range of engagement and reporting tools, including toolbox talks, visual learning materials and structured communication sessions. Employees are actively encouraged to report near misses, hazards and incidents quickly and easily through QR code reporting systems, helping us respond promptly and precent recurrence.
Environmental Responsibility
Environmental responsibility is embedded into our operations through a formal Environmental Management System aligned with ISO 14001 principles. This is supported by director-level accountability, clearly defined responsibilities and structured monitoring and continual improvement processes across the business.
We are committed to minimising waste, improving resource efficiency and continuously identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint.

As part of our integrated Safety, Health and Environmental Management System we identify and regularly review the relevant needs and expectations of these interested parties together with our applicable legal and other compliance obligations.
