After 5 years of design, manufacturing and exhaustive testing one of the most complex plants we have ever made has finally been dispatched to a naval customer.
The SWRO plants underwent comprehensive military testing prior to delivery.
In order to achieve high specification product water a three-pass system was designed. The RO permeate produced from the 1st pass is used to feed the 2nd pass where the quality of the RO permeate is improved further. The final stage of the process is a mixed-bed demineralisation column which further improves the quality of 2nd pass RO permeate to demineralised quality water.
