Nell’s Salt Sep Journey
Nell joined Salt Sep in February 2023 as a placement student while completing her Level 2 in welding and fabrication. After successfully finishing her placement, she took the leap to become an apprentice and she’s now working towards her Level 3 diploma in welding and fabrication! Nell first found out about this exciting opportunity through her college, Hopwood Hall, and has since gained valuable skills, including welding coding, crane licensing and first aid. Throughout her journey, Nell has really developed her knowledge of fabrication and her mentor here at Salt Sep, Kev, has played a huge part in helping her grow in this area. She’s made incredible progress in her career and we’re excited to see her continue to grow!
