Paul’s Salt Sep Journey
Paul has been a valued member of the Salt Sep team since 2022. He started as a technical buyer and then moved up to become Warehouse Team Leader. Throughout his time here, Paul has completed various training courses, including service excellence and radiation protection training. Before joining us, Paul lived in South Africa from the age of 3, where he earned a diploma in inventory management and worked as a procurement and logistics manager. His previous role involved production planning and buying, which set a strong foundation for his work at Salt Sep.
What Paul Likes About Working at Salt Sep
Paul appreciates the family-oriented atmosphere at Salt Sep and values how much the company cares about its employees’ well-being. His proudest achievement has been his promotion to Warehouse Team Leader. In this role, Paul has significantly developed his people skills, working closely with different departments and learning how to adapt to new systems with ease.
What a Typical Day is Like for Paul
Paul’s day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the warehouse staff and setting up the inventory management system. He’s also played a key role in optimising the company’s ERP system. Paul works closely with all departments, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the warehouse.
What Paul Does in his Free Time
Outside of work, Paul likes to spend time and help out at the ice rink with his wife, who is a figure skating coach. He also loves watching motorsports, rugby and cricket and whenever he can, Paul likes to go cycling.
