Celebrations at Salt Sep!
Last week, Salt Sep embarked on a journey of appreciation and empowerment, marking Employee Appreciation Day, World Engineering Day, and International Women’s Day with a series of engaging and impactful activities. From workshops to quizzes, the week was a testament to Salt Sep’s commitment to its employees and its dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.-
One of the highlights of the week was a workshop led by our Head of HR, which brought together male managers and senior leaders to explore the crucial question: “How can male managers and senior leaders be a an ally to women in the workplace?”. This insightful session sparked meaningful discussions and laid the groundwork for ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and support women within our business.
Of course, no celebration is complete without delicious treats, and we treated our employees to lunch and Salt Sep-themed cupcakes. These tasty treats added a delightful touch to the celebrations and served as a token of appreciation for our hardworking team.
But the excitement didn’t end there. Our team dove into a captivating engineering themed quiz, putting their knowledge of all things engineering to the test. Additionally, our technical department delivered an enlightening engineering presentation, sharing valuable insights across the entire business.
Last week was not just a celebration of specific days but a celebration of the values and principles that define Salt Sep – Family, Integrity, Communication, Health & Safety and Quality.
