Meet the Salt Separation Services team
Sarah Ashworth
Managing Director
Sarah started in 2012 in the service department and worked her way up to Director. She remains very hands-on and primarily focuses on the day to day running of the business.
Dan Shackleton
Technical & Commercial Director
Dan joined us in 1993 and has worked in all areas of the business. He has over 30 years experience and extensive knowledge of RO in naval, cruise, industrial and offshore applications.
Martin Howard
Head of Sales
Martin joined us in 2023 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge from a 30 year career in the water industry. He oversee’s all aspects of sales, but also has a strong engineering background that supports him.
Stacy Gouhar
Head of Finance
Stacy has worked in finance for over 20 years and achieved chartership as a Global Management Accountant in 2014. She focuses her time streamlining systems, future proofing cashflows & maximising profits.
John Grimshaw
Head of Operations
Beginning his career as a toolmaker in ’97, John has worked in a variety of industries before joining us in 2023. He is now responsible for our design and manufacturing operations.
Rob Patterson
Head of Technical
Rob is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and joins us with over 15 years experience. Rob is responsible for technical design of products, product development processes and providing hands on technical support.
