Jodie Royle – Service and Repair Manager

Jodie’s Salt Sep Journey

Jodie has been an integral part of the Salt Sep team for over 15 years, currently serving as our Service and Repair Manager. Her journey with Salt Sep began in 2009 when she joined as a contracts assistant in the After Sales department. She then transitioned to the role of Service Coordinator, progressing to team leader, and was eventually promoted to manager in May 2023. Before joining Salt Sep, Jodie gained experience working in retail for River Island and Woolworths.

Jodie enjoys the dynamic and fast-paced nature of her work at Salt Sep. She appreciates that no two days are the same and values the variety that comes with planning visits to different locations.

What a Typical Day is Like for Jodie

A typical day for Jodie is very busy from start to finish. She is involved in preparing service quotes, planning site visits, and assisting colleagues whenever needed. Additionally, she handles the general running and management aspects of the service and repair department, ensuring everything runs smoothly. 

What Jodie Does in her Free Time 

In her free time, Jodie loves to travel. Some of her favourite destinations include Ibiza, New York, and Disney. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and trying new restaurants. Jodie’s passion for exploring new places and her love for good food provide a perfect balance to her busy professional life.
