What a Typical Day is Like for Paul

Paul’s day starts early, opening the buildings and workshops at 7:00 am. He begins with straightening the flag and handling administrative tasks before the main workforce arrives. He then makes his rounds of the workshops to ensure everything is running smoothly and to identify any needs. Most of his day is dedicated to improving workflow on the shop floors and ensuring the smooth execution of projects we have on the shop floor.

What Paul Does in his Free Time

With a wife, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids, Paul’s free time is limited. He enjoys taking it easy, walking the dogs and shopping. He has built a bar in the garden, where he spends most of his leisure time. Paul and his wife also make an effort to get away for a night once a month to relax and recharge.
