Nigel is our Project Engineering and Design Manager and a recent addition to the Salt Sep team. Before joining us, he gained experience in program and project management, as well as operations and general management, within similarly regulated industries, including oil and gas, renewables, aerospace, and defence. His extensive background brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

What a Typical Day is Like for Nigel
His typical day is highly varied and rarely the same, ensuring there is never a dull moment. As the manager of his department, he is involved in every aspect of project delivery, from planning and execution to overseeing the finer details, making his role both challenging and rewarding.
What Nigel Does in her Free Time
Nigel’s family life keeps him busy outside of work. With a wife, two boys, and a dog, he’s often engaged in their activities, such as football, swimming, and cricket. As well as this, Nigel enjoys cooking, especially barbecue.
