Bianca’s Salt Sep Journey

Bianca joined Salt Sep in March 2024 as our After Sales Manager. Her career prior to Salt Sep was rich with diverse experiences. She worked as a customer service manager for a wine manufacturer distributor for 2-3 years. Her professional background also includes roles in stock control, project coordination, sales order administration, imports and a brief stint in finance. Having worked in customer service roles since the age of 18, Bianca has developed a passion for customer relationships, sales ordering and forecasting, which she continues to enjoy in her current position.

Bianca appreciates the variety that Salt Sep offers. She values the significance of our work and the reasons behind what we do. The dynamic environment ensures that no two days are the same, which keeps her engaged and motivated. 

What a Typical Day is Like for Bianca

A typical day for Bianca is filled with a range of responsibilities. She manages the after sales inbox, distributing tasks among her team and attending various meetings. She also oversees the team’s orders, quotes, invoicing and reports back to the directors. Additionally, Bianca is one of Salt Sep’s mental health first aiders. In this role, she checks on employees’ well-being, offers a listening ear, and provides support when needed. 

What Bianca Does in her Free Time 

With a two-year-old, Bianca’s free time is quite limited. She has lived with her partner for four years and enjoys decorating and taking walks around Greenbooth Reservoir and Ashworth Valley.
